Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings

Cambridge, UK, 28 April 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, certain Directors and employees were granted options ("Share Options") to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at the nominal value of 20 pence per Ordinary Share under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme. Details of those Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) who were granted Share Options can be found below:

All Share Options vest in one tranche after 3 years from date of issue and may be exercised up to the seventh anniversary of the date of grant and have been granted as part of the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.

The vesting of Share Options for the Executive Directors is subject to certain performance conditions being met. The number of vested Share Options can be less than those listed above depending on the result of the performance condition measurement. Performance conditions have been set against both share price and revenue growth. Vested options may be exercised up to the seventh anniversary of the date of grant.
