Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their PCAs

The Company announces that it was notified of the following transfers of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Trevor Mather, Chair of the Company, and Suzanne Mather, a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather:

1)   A transfer of 200,000 Ordinary Shares by Trevor Mather to the Mather Family Charitable Trust (Charity No. 1180415) for nil consideration. Trevor Mather and Persons Closely Associated are Trustees therefore the Mather Family Charitable Trust is considered to be a Person Closely Associated with Trevor Mather and these shares will continue to be included in Trevor Mather's overall holding.

2)   A transfer of 110,000 Ordinary Shares by Suzanne Mather to the Mather Family Charitable Trust (Charity No. 1180415) for nil consideration. These shares will continue to be included in Trevor Mather's overall holding. 

Following these transactions, Trevor Mather's, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holding remains unchanged at 3,448,300 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.75% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Details of the transactions are below.
