REPLACEMENT: Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The following amendment has been made to the "Notification of transaction by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")" announcement released on 11 December 2025 at 10:01 under RNS No 1998L.

The holding of Ed Williams, together with his Persons Closely Associated, was incorrectly stated as 3,053,744 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The correct holding is 3,264,839 Ordinary Shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that it has been notified that Ed Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has bought 211,095 ordinary shares of 1 pence each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 December 2025.

Following the transaction, Ed Williams, together with his Persons Closely Associated, holds 3,264,839 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.68% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Details of the transaction are below.
