By way of correction to the announcement released by the Company on 5 April 2011 under RNS Number 3669E, it should be noted that the correct total number of 50p Ordinary Shares in the Company now held by Mr M J Peasland and any connected persons within the meaning of Section 252 of the Companies Act 2006, is 102,354, comprising 0.015% of the Company's issued Ordinary share capital, and not as previously stated.
