B90 Holdings plc (AIM: B90), a performance marketing and MarTech business, announces the purchase by Andrew McIver, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, of 244,200 shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the purchase, Mr McIver is interested in 1,530,709 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
