AVATION PLC
RESPONSE TO ANALYST QUESTIONS
Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, provides the following update in response to analyst enquiries.
Further to the ongoing reconstruction of Braathens Regional Airways AB, the Company confirms that two ATR 72‑600 aircraft have been redelivered and are currently in Avation's possession. The aircraft are undergoing maintenance at a facility in Denmark.
Avation also advises that it has entered into a letter of intent with a European airline for the lease of these two aircraft. The Company will make further announcements once definitive lease agreements have been executed and delivery schedules are finalised.
In response to an additional analyst question, the Company notes that it does not expect any direct financial impact from the current conflict in the Middle East, given the geographical distribution of its customer base.
