INTERIM RESULTS AND INVESTOR UPDATE CALL

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP, Avation or "the Company"), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company will publish Interim Results for the six months ended 31 December 2025 at 7:00 AM (UK) on 26 February 2026.

The Company will hold an investor update call on 26 February 2026 at 7:00 AM EST / 12:00 PM UK / 8:00 PM SGT to discuss the Interim Results. The call will be hosted on the LSEG SparkLive platform.
