(the "Notes)

This notice relates to the final terms for ISIN XS2986720816 dated 29 January 2025 (the "Original Final Terms") which are being replaced by the amended final terms dated 25 April 2025 (the "Amended Final Terms"). The Issuer hereby gives notice to the Holders of the Notes that the following amendment is made to the Original Final Terms to correct a manifest error.

Interest Determination Date(s) in Part 14(vii) of the Original Final Terms is amended to read:

-         Interest Determination Date(s):

Two T2 Business Days prior to the beginning of each Interest Period

All other elements of the Original Final Terms remain unchanged.
