Aurora Russia Limited ('Aurora Russia' or the 'Company'), the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to make equity or equity related investments in small and mid-sized private companies in Russia, announces that on 24 September 2008, Dan Koch, Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each at a price of 52.0 pence per share.

Subsequent to the purchase of these shares Dan Kochs' beneficial shareholding in the Company is 100,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
