Change of Registered Office Address

Aurrigo International plc (AIM: AURR), a leading international provider of transport technology solutions, announces that its registered office address has changed to 2 Woodhams Road, Siskin Drive, Coventry, CV3 4FJ, United Kingdom, completing its relocation to the new UK hub facility first announced in April 2026.

The 130,615 sq ft site, more than three times the size of Aurrigo's previous UK facility, now serves as the Company's global headquarters for advanced engineering, autonomous vehicle development and high-volume manufacturing. The full team has now relocated to the site, with operations up and running across the expanded engineering, design and manufacturing floors.
