Aura Energy Limited (ASX: AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura", the "Company") advises that an Appendix 2A (Proposed Issue of Securities) form has been filled with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") pursuant to the issue of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to an adviser at an issue price of A$0.16 per share in accordance with the terms of a consultancy agreement (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Admission to trading on AIM

Application has been made for the 2,000,000 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 11 February 2026.

Admission of the 97,560,976 Placement Shares will take place on 10 February 2026. Upon Admission of the Placement Shares and the New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 1,019,440,437 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total current voting rights in the Company following Admission will be 1,019,440,437 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
