PDMR Dealing

Atlas Metals (LSE: AMG), the natural resources and energy company, announces that it has been notified of a disclosable transaction carried out by one of its directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 18 March 2026.

The Company was notified by Mr. Christian Schaffalitzky de Muckadell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that he has purchased 138,000 ordinary shares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 7.75p per Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Mr. Schaffalitzky de Muckadell is interested in 258,999 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.67% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
