THIS NOTICE is addressed to the holders of the Notes issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Notes, and the trust deed constituting the Notes dated 12 May 2022 (the "Trust Deed").
The Issuer hereby gives notice that, following the exercise of the Call Option by Lendco Limited ("Lendco"), it has redeemed all of the outstanding Notes in full on 25 February 2026. The Issuer has requested that the Notes cease to be listed on the London Stock Exchange with immediate effect.
Unless the context requires otherwise, words and expressions used in this notice have the meanings and constructions ascribed to them in the master definitions and construction schedule (the "Master Definitions and Construction Schedule") dated 12 May 2022.
This notice is issued by Atlas Funding 2022-1 PLC as the Issuer.
