                            Director's shareholding


The Company has been notified that Robert Drummond, Chairman, sold on 15
November 2004 311,562 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that on the same day the Robert Drummond SIPP
acquired 311,562 Ordinary Shares, each trade at a price of 34.25 pence per
share. Robert Drummond's beneficial interest remains unchanged in 3,878,351
Ordinary Shares representing 8.77 per cent. of the issued share capital.
