Issue of new shares to the Equatorial Mining Employee Benefits Trust
Further to the announcement on 23rd April 2015, the Company announces that it has issued 357,400,000 ordinary shares to the Equatorial Mining Employee Benefits Trust.
As a result of this the total number of shares in issue is 4,263,066,670
