ARYZTA AG has this morning issued to its shareholders the Invitation and Agenda for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on Tuesday, 10 December 2013 in Zurich, Switzerland. The Invitation and Agenda for the AGM are available at www.aryzta.com.

The Board of Directors proposes the individual election of Mr. Andrew Morgan and Mr. John Yamin as members of the Board of Directors each for a three-year term of office1. Biographical details are set out in the Invitation to the AGM, available at www.aryzta.com.
