The Company was informed on 11 October 2007 that Templar Minerals ltd holds
270,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company representing 24.8% of the
Company's issued share capital. 250,000,000 of these shares were issued to
Templar Minerals ltd via the recent placing, and a further 20,000,000 were
acquired between the 5 and 9 October 2007.

Following the placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of
1,088,622,055 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each, with one voting right per share.

In addition, the Company was informed on 5 October 2007 that as a result of the
placing Globersel Multi Asset Class Fund now holds 4.75 % of the Company's
issued share capital. Globersel Multi Asset Class Fund still retains the same
shareholding of 51,700,000 shares.
