The Board of Templar Minerals Plc has noted various comments in the press and the movement in share price. However the Company can confirm that further to the update on the Brazil Iron Ore Project announced on 24 August 2009, and the Chairman's Statement and Operations Review announced on 24 September 2009, there have been no developments and accordingly there is no additional  Company  information which requires disclosure under the AIM Rules.
