The Company was informed today that as a result of a recent share purchase, Cadrela Malta Limited now holds the total voting rights attaching to 20 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.43% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that it has a total number of 583,050,000 ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 583,050,000 voting rights.
