Substantial Shareholding

The Company was informed today that as a result of a recent share disposal, Angstrom Capital Limited has reduced its holdings in the Company. It now holds the total voting rights attaching to 50 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 9.12% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that it has a total number of 548,050,000 ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 548,050,000 voting rights.
