     Acquisition of further shares in River Diamonds plc ("River Diamonds")


Templar Minerals, following market purchases of 10,000,000 shares between the 15
and 16 October 2007, has increased its holding in River Diamonds to 280,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.1p representing 25.72% of the total issued share capital of
River Diamonds. The aggregate cost of the shares purchased on 15 and 16 October
2007 was £247,550.

Further information on River Diamonds as required by the AIM Rules was provided
in the announcement of 11 October 2007.
