Directors' Shareholding

9 October 2014 - Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified today that on 8 October 2014 Mr. Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.182 pence per share.  

The Company was also informed on 8 October 2014, AMC Ltd, a company which Mr. Anthony Balme is director and shareholder of, purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.18p.

Following the transaction, Mr Balme remains beneficially interested in 179,373,463 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
