Directors' Shareholding

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified today that on 28 February Mr. Paul Heber, Non-executive Director of the Company, transferred a total of 2,600,000 Ortac ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") into his SIPP.

Mr. Heber sold 2,600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.23p per share and immediately repurchased 2,600,000 at a price of 0.23002p per share through a SIPP arrangement.

Following the transaction, Mr Heber remains interested in 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company.
