Directors' Shareholding

Ortac Resources Ltd, the AIM listed exploration and development company focussed on natural resource projects in Europe, was notified on 25 February 2014 that, on that date, Vassillios Carellas, CEO of Ortac, transferred a total of 10,000,000 Ortac ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in to his wife.

On the 27 February 2014, Mrs. Carellas sold 4,650,788 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.248 pence per share and immediately repurchased 4,579,523 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.25 pence per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Following the above transactions Mr. Carellas' has an interest in 35,391,175 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
