Changes to the Board

Templar Minerals (AIM: TMP) today announces that Neil Herbert, Deputy Chairman, has resigned with immediate effect in order to focus his attention on other business interests. 

Following this change the composition of the Board is:

Ian Stalker	―	Non-Executive Director
Graham Mascall	―	Non-Executive Director
Gordon Cassidy	―	Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Paul Courtnage	―	Director of Exploration
