The Company was informed on 2 April 2026 that Mr Douglas Lefort, Non-executive Chairman of the Company and his spouse, had distributed back to them a total of 971,367 common shares of $0.00001 each in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") from their jointly owned consulting vehicle, Wolfpack Consulting Limited. This was effected by closure of Wolfpack Consulting Ltd by members voluntary liquidation.

Following the distribution, there is no change to Mr & Mrs Lefort's total beneficial holding and the total interest in the Company remains the same at 1,451,621 Common Shares, representing approximately 1.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
