The Company was informed on 3 August 2026, that the following purchases of AOTI, Inc. common shares were made by CSC Global1 on 3 August 2026 on behalf of certain of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") pursuant to the Company's Employee Share Purchase Plan ("ESPP").
