AO World plc (the "Company")

Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has received notification that, on 17 April 2026, John Roberts, a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 5,359,056 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90.06p per share.

As a result of the transaction, John Roberts holds 83,226,832 Ordinary Shares representing 14.587% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Additionally, the Company has received notification that, on 17 April 2026, the Jolly Foundation, a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee, of which John Roberts is a trustee, member and director, sold 2,221,236 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.04p per share.

As a result of the transaction, the Jolly Foundation holds 2,325,879 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.408% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with the requirements of UK MAR in relation to the transactions are set out below:
