Anchor Hanover Group ('Anchor') - Retirement of Nicola Bruce as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Board, appointment of Mike Green as Senior Independent Director and other Board Committee changes

On 31 August 2025 Nicola Bruce retired as Senior Independent Director and a member of the Anchor Board. Nicola joined the organisation in 2017 and was Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee and Asset, Investment & Development Committee.

The Board would like to thank Nicola for her dedication and contributions as Senior Independent Director and as a Board and Committee member and for her strong leadership of the Remuneration Committee.

Mike Green has been appointed as the Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 September 2025.

Lyn Romeo has been appointed to the Nominations Committee with effect from 1 September 2025.

Peter Truscott has been appointed to the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 September 2025.
