Purchase of shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Alphawave IP Group plc (LSE: AWE, the "Company" or "Alphawave Semi").

This notification sets out details of the purchase of shares by certain PDMRs through their participation in the Company's Employee Share Purchase Plan. The shares were purchased using payroll contributions made by the following PDMRs during the preceding quarterly savings period (from July 2025 to September 2025) which ended on 30 September 2025.

1.     Rahul Mathur (Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer): 1,806 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

2.     Mohit Gupta (EVP & GM, IP and Custom Silicon): 9,170 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
