DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Alliance Trust PLC is pleased to confirm the appointment of Anthony Brooke and Rory Macnamara as non-executive directors of the Company with immediate effect. These appointments are as previously disclosed on 28 April 2015.

There are no matters requiring to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6) in respect of Mr. Brooke. 

Mr. Macnamara is currently  a director of the Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC, Augean PLC, Essenden PLC and Mears Group PLC and in the last five years has been a director of Mecom PLC, Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development PLC, Sportingbet PLC, Carpathian PLC and Private Equity Investor PLC, all of the foregoing are listed companies. Mr. Macnamara has no other disclosures to make under Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) to (6)
