Appointment of new director

The Board of Albion Technology & General VCT PLC would like to announce the appointment of Mary Anne Cordeiro as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today's date.

Mary Anne Cordeiro is also a director of Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC (in members' voluntary liquidation following its merger with Albion Technology & General VCT PLC on 15 November 2013).

Pursuant to the merger, Mary Anne Cordeiro holds 3,993 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each in Albion Technology & General VCT PLC.

There are no further disclosures under LR 9.6 to be made.
