SHAREHOLDER CIRCULAR AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The board of Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC ("the Company") has today posted to shareholders a circular ("Circular") convening the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 24 May 2013 at The City of London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DS to propose, amongst other things, a resolution in connection with the implementation of a performance incentive fee arrangement with Albion Ventures LLP.

 

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will be shortly available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at:
