Directors details

In accordance with LR 9.6, the Board wishes to announce that on 25 September 2012 Albion Prime VCT PLC was placed in members' voluntary liquidation pursuant to s.110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes of effecting a merger with Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC. Patrick Reeve, who is a director of Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, is also a director of Albion Prime VCT PLC.

 Prior to 25 September 2012, Albion Prime VCT PLC was solvent and was a going concern able to pay all its liabilities when they fell due. All assets and liabilities are in the process of being transferred by the liquidators of Albion Prime VCT PLC to Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC.
