Appointment of Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee

The Company wishes to announce that Jonathan Thornton has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of Albion Development VCT PLC with immediate effect.

The Board also announces that it has created a Remuneration Committee of which all Directors are members. Jonathan Thornton has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
