CHANGE IN DIRECTOR DETAILS

Following the retirement of Patrick Crosthwaite as Chairman of Crown Place VCT PLC (the "Company") and the appointment of Richard Huntingford as his successor, the Company announces a further change in Director details in accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3).

Rachel Beagles will resign as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (the "Committee"), having fulfilled the role for four years. She will remain a Director of the Company.

Karen Brade, who has been on the Board of the Company since March 2010, will succeed her as the Chairman of the Committee.

These changes will take effect from 1 December 2014.
