Net Asset Value - Ordinary Shares
Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (SFS: AOF) announces that as at close of business on 24 April 2026, its estimated net asset value per ordinary share was US $2.420.
This estimate is calculated in accordance with valuation methodology changes instituted during the audit process for the 31 December 2025 annual report with regards to our Zimbabwe investments and our private company investment Sand Tech Holdings Limited. Utilising the previous methodology, the estimated net asset value would have been US $2.372. These changes resulted in a 2% increase in the weekly estimate. Please refer to the 2025 annual report as announced on 30 April 2026, for additional information.
