With respect to Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company announces that Penny James, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed Group Chief Risk Officer and an executive director of Prudential Plc with effect from 1 September 2015.

Penny James has been a non-executive director of the Company since 1 January 2015.
