On 15 December 2010, Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 3,000 shares under the Group's Discretionary Free Share Scheme. The award was subject to Group performance conditions from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2012 and 100% of the award vested on 16 December 2013. 1,410 shares have today been sold at £12.34 and 1,590 shares have been retained.

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 85,744 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
