This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules. 

The Company has been notified that on 9 November 2012 Cheryl Sussens, the wife of the Non-Executive Director, John Sussens, bought 10,000 shares in Admiral Group plc at a price of £10.64.

Following the above transaction, Cheryl Sussens now holds 62,000 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
