ACORN INCOME FUND LIMITED

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The directors of Acorn Income Fund Limited ('the Company') have declared a third interim dividend of 1.5 pence per ordinary share (2008: 2.0 pence) for the year ending 31 December 2009.

Whilst the Company's revenue projection for the current year remains healthy the directors have considered it prudent to keep the interim dividends at a lower level, at present, given the uncertainty regarding the level of dividend distributions from UK companies during 2009.

The Board will keep the level of future interim dividends under review.
