ABERDEEN ALL ASIA INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

On 4 January 2007 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust PLC bought back 20,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 243 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are 16,418,367 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
