On 7 December 2007 Aberdeen All Asia Investment Trust PLC bought back 44,800
ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 242.5 pence per share. Following
the buy back, there are 16,544,967 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back
will be financed out of the capital reserve.
