The Company has been informed that on 6 October 2020 Mr John Hawkins, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 575p per Ordinary Share.

Following the above-mentioned acquisition, Mr John Hawkins and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.044% of the Company's voting rights.
