Further to the announcement on 27 October 2026 in connection with its initial public offering, the Company announces that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of 474,693,294 Shares, will be admitted to listing in the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to unconditional trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker "ABT" today at 8:00 a.m.
Following Admission, the share capital of the Company will consist of 474,693,294 Shares, each with one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights figure of 474,693,294 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
