(i)        by Barclays PLC that Barclays PLC has an interest in 6,074,865 
           ordinary 25p shares of the Company representing 10.69% of the issued 
           share capital of the Company,
 
(ii)       by Legal & General Investment Management Limited that Legal & General 
           Group plc and/or its subsidiaries has an interest in 4,755,000 
           ordinary 25p shares of the Company representing 8.36% of the issued 
           share capital of the Company and

(iii)      by Platinum Fund Managers (Holdings) Ltd that Platinum Fund Managers 
           Ltd has an interest in 3,504,522 ordinary 25p shares of the Company 
           representing 6.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
