On that date the ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") shown in the column headed "Shares acquired" ceased to be subject to restrictions under the Plan. The Shares (if any) shown in the column headed "Shares sold" were sold on 1 June 2026 at a price of £22.250677 per share.
