Water Trust PLC at close of business on 4 June 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 197.37p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 203.64p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 200.75p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
