Water Trust PLC at close of business on 2 July 2014 calculated in accordance
with the Articles of Association of the Company are as follows:

Ordinary Shares - ex income 199.26p

Ordinary Shares - cum income 204.50p

Zero Dividend Preference Shares - accrued capital entitlement 201.72p

The valuation of the Company's unquoted investment is considered by the board
at each quarter end. It is presently valued at nil.
