Further to the announcement on 9 December 2025, the Company advises that a Notice of General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders on or around 17 February 2026.

The Notice of General Meeting has also today been published on the Company's website.

The General Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on 9 March 2026.
